Emotions Talks

We have been learning about emotions here are some ways how ive calmed down from anger:


1.Count to 10 in your head.

2.Ask to run around outside shouting yolo.

3.Tell a teacher.


5.Strecht your arms and legs.

6.Ask to go away into a calm space to calm down.

7.Tell a friend if you can’t tell a teacher.

8.If you have a dog let it lick your face.

9.If you have a cat and a laser pointer play with it with the laser pointer. (Point it near the cat to get it to chase it make sure it can still see the dot and keep it moving.)


Example:If you are on the minecraft server zencraft wich isnt popular yet amazing and you die just log of and walk away it’s happened to me on magic factions.
