Primary seven are going to participate in mock court. This is where we shall go to a real court and take part in making a case. We have been given parts and these are: solicitors who are asking questions and they get to write out things which the layers and all the other participants can see when they are in court. Researchers who work with the solicitors and find out where what and why court cases happen. Journalists who write newspaper articles which are shown in court. Court artists who draw all the pictures of what they think will happen in court. Gown makers who make and provide the gowns. Witnesses who in court provide evidence to show there case. All these people go to court and watch or take part in the case. The solicitors and witnesses play a big part inside the court this is very hard and fun. Classes under p7 you might be doing this in further years. Wish us luck!
